Stop Global Tobacco!

"It's a lot easier to sell cigarettes around the world when you have the
US government on your team." Tell the US Government to support the
Tobacco Control Treaty and stop spreading cigarette deaths around the world.

In 1999, the US and the rest of the world, began to negotiate a tobacco control treaty. Called the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC), it establishes an international standard for tobacco control. The majority of the world's nations are committed to a strong FCTC that prioritizes public health over the profits. The only exceptions are the US, Japan and Germany.

sign on to a letter to the Assistant Surgeon General urging him to support a strong treaty.
